A volunteer, grassroots, community-based search, rescue, and disaster-response group in the Philippines. We build grassroots resilience through community-led projects and alternatives that strengthen local capacity, self-determination, mutual aid, and autonomy while reducing dependence on centralized systems and fragile market-based structures that can increase community vulnerability.
